Middlesex OPM is based in Middlesex County, Massachusetts and provides Owner’s Representation, Owner’s Project Management (OPM), and Clerk of the Works services to the New England region. Principal Steve McCarthy brings more than a decade of experience in the following roles: construction project manager, construction site inspector, bank inspections, clerk-of-the-works, and development consultant. We specialize in risk mitigation, cost control, and schedule management.
